Jerrod & Jacqueline Pilant had a huge job cleaning a rental house prior to placing the house for sale. The renter was a smoker, drunk and left a huge, huge mess over the entire house. I will be happy to provide anyone with before & after pictures via Jerrod or Jacqueline Pilant.

Jerrod & Jacqueline Pilant not only had to spend a full week cleaning the entire house (a huge time slot for Clean Freaks) but had to do the rugs many many times just to get the ‘smell’ out. Additionally, Jerrod & Jacqueline Pilant had wash all the walls several times to get them ‘new’ looking again.

The house has not sold for almost a year now due to tight banking loans but the house still has the clean, new look and smell on the inside. I have heard from the real estate agent many times that people who tried to get loans approved, but failed, loved the inside of the house. Never has there ever been a single person that stated that the house was not spotless and beautiful inside. I really understood how “clean” the house would be days before they were done when I showed up one day and I observed them placing items like the metal floor heat vents in the dishwasher to ensure that they were totally spotless.

I just wish you could have seen the total transformation of the toilet and bath/shower and bathroom from something you would not want to use to a spotless bath that one could be proud of.

As a bottom line I can tell you that I was so very happy with the EXCELLENT job that Jerrod & Jacqueline Pilant did on our rental that I have asked them to clean our RV that we spend nine months a year in, as we travel the USA; now we are back in Bend Oregon for a while.
